Lock identity
Define a canonical character identity and the references that have authority.
CHASELIFE 720 Continuity Generator v0.2 · Founding Pilot
A local-first, cross-platform production tool for creators who need recurring AI-generated characters to remain recognizable across scenes, styles, and motion.

A good first generation is not a production system.
Every failed retry can cost time, credits, and usable footage.
Turn continuity into a repeatable decision process.
Define a canonical character identity and the references that have authority.
Use consistent prompt architecture across image and video tools.
Evaluate reference fidelity, the requested change, and output integrity instead of relying on intuition alone.
Identify the failed continuity gate before changing the next variable.
Generate a focused correction that changes only what failed.
Production controls, not a prompt dump.

Built from real production
This system was developed while producing CHASELIFE 720 across anime, claymation-style adaptation, and image-to-video workflows. It came from repeated character drift, failed generations, and the need to make every retry deliberate, focused, and measurable.
Built for recurring-character production.
No workflow can force every generative model to maintain perfect identity. Model behavior changes, and different platforms expose different controls and produce different results.
The generator improves repeatability, continuity discipline, and failure diagnosis; it does not generate images, inspect outputs automatically, or guarantee any particular result.
Character profiles and reference images remain in the browser on the device you use. Export JSON backups regularly. Clearing browser data or switching browsers can remove local profiles unless you restore a backup.
Use the resulting prompts for your own personal or commercial creative projects. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing access is not permitted.
Build the character once.
